Pros:Everyone was friendly and helpfulCons:I, as well as other customers, waited too long for our scheduled vehicles to be ready for pick up. Pick up times didn’t seem to matter. We all waited 30 min or more.Reviewed May 24 2021

Cons:The vehicle wasn’t cleaned and didn’t have any gas, so we had to switch to another, but same sized. Long line at check in, had to wait over 30 minutes and then spent another 20 minutes or so with the associate. The associates were great though. Wished the car had an entertainment package for the money. Will rent there again.Reviewed Apr 6 2021

Pros:Helpful staff that didn’t get irritated at having a full house of rental customers within 30 minutes of closing time. Positive attitudes were all around.Cons:I was renting a vehicle for a short trip that I did not want to use my primary vehicle during but I was not aware I could not leave my vehicle on the enterprise lot overnight. The staff helped me come up with a solution though and it was greatly appreciated. This fact though should probably be better advertised to your customers.Reviewed Mar 17 2021

Pros:Allowed a oneway drop off at Knoxville when travel plans had to change.Cons:The enterprise location made me take a $17 dollar taxi to the second location located a very short distance from airport. It was my mistake in original booking but they made no effort to assist me other than informing me that I was at the "wrong" location.Reviewed Oct 10 2017

Cons:When I got there, they did not have a car for me and would not have a car for me. Said I booked it online, so was not their problem. I was on a very tight time schedule and the delay of having to find another car ended up causing me to miss a flight that evening. An interesting chain of events.Reviewed Jul 22 2017
