Cons:
We were never able to get our vehicle. The rental counter closed at 8pm and our flight got in at 8:42pm. There was no night pick up, no notification that there would not be anyone at the counter. They didn’t leave the information with any of the other agencies who were all open. We ended up having to get a rental car from another agency. We were fortunate that someone from Dollar was able to help us but we had to pay for 2 cars and then I had to spend the next morning of my vacation contacting Hertz to try to get a refund. Absolute nightmare! If you have a rental coming in that day, you should probably have your rental counter staffed! So disappointed!10.0 Wonderful

The whole the sales rep was on the phone talking to a friend.
