No frills at office but replied late evening.Pros:My Kia Soul had a jammed wheel. Enterprise sent a technician who came at night and fixed it for me. Great value cars!Pros:The car that we had was so nice and in excellent condition. It was very fairly priced. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The overall experience was excellent and it was a great value!Cons:The location was fine for us because we were staying on Isle Verde but it would be challenging for travelers looking for easy access from the airport. Not a good experience, need improvement in servicePros:In spite of it all, the customer services representatives were very courteous, and gracious.Cons:Reservation was made in advance for 12 noon and they did not have the car on the premises at the time. Had to wait until a car was brought from another lot. So, 12:41 pm was the actual time I was able to rent the car. The interior of the car was dirty, when my niece opened"cheetos" dropped on the seat. Once I got to my destination I noticed the inspection sticker was going to expire a week before drop off. Called the rental office and it took over 6 phone calls, and a week before they took care of the issue. I wasted some of my business time trying to get this resolved.Reviewed Jan 14 2017
