Pros:I like the van that they gave us. It was nice and clean.Cons:So, my flight was delayed and I tried calling to let them know that but the number that they gave me in the email was disconnected. I had to call priceline to get to them. When I called to let them know I will be late they just said to call them when I get to the airport. So when I arrived at the office there was no one in the front. I waited a while until they finally came out and then when I told her who I was and what I was renting the lady said that it would be good to let them know that I was going to be late and I told her I did call to let them know. Seem like they don't have any good communication. Also we had to gas up right away because the gas tank was full.Reviewed Aug 6 2017

Appreciate staying open late but no music.Pros:Economy stayed open late when my flight was delayed. Other car rental companies didn't.Cons:The radio was on mute. I couldn't figure out how to unmute. I called Economy and they couldn't help then. They said they would find out and call me back. They never called back.Reviewed Jun 21 2017

Actually got the SUV I ordered!Pros:Economy had a van that picked us up at the airport in less than five minutes. It only took another 10 minutes and we were in our SUV heading to the beach !Cons:I would have liked to have known to call economy because they did not have a kiosk at the airport. Luckily I had by rental papers and the number was on it.Reviewed May 24 2017

Pros:The manager was kind and helpful when I contacted her.Cons:They gave me a compact car when I paid for a mid-size car, and insisted that a Ford Focus was mid-size. They also charged me more than was agreed upon. Eventually I called the manager from my Hotel room and she refunded the difference, however I ended up with a car I did not have enough room in that had a distinct odor.Reviewed May 22 2017
