The advertised price had hidden fees. I paid 285 for the car for one week. When I dropped it off, I was hit with 86 dollars of all sorts of random taxes. The car was dropped with full tank of gas. They should advertise the price to including this and why only charge it at dropoff?Reviewed Apr 7 2024

Drop off was great but pick up awful and we ended up with electric vehicle which I didn't mind but no instructions on charging and didn't have adapter for tesla charger. Also the center console was locked with pin # we weren't given and couldn't get a hold of anyone who could help us.Reviewed Oct 9 2023

Pros:Nice, efficient staff/pickup. Perfect size of car.Cons:Confusing to find right place to drop off. Had to ask staff at a competitor's counter. Would have been helpful to have had signs posted on all sides of the Dollar "hut" directing customers to Hertz and how to get back there, since alreary passed.Reviewed May 8 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly, but only interaction with two peopleCons:Rental desk needed more help. One person at the desk and he had right arm in a sling, so he was trying to do forms one handed. Line was forming that he could not handle on a timely basis. Poor management...Reviewed Apr 26 2021

Cons:I prepaid for a intermediate SUV. When I arrived at the counter I was told there was a 30 minute wait for cars. Then I was told there are no intermediate SUV's available and I was given a Toyota Camry. When I asked about the price difference, I was hastily told by the agent (who was unapologetic) that she could not help me and that I was to go the the counter at the return center. At the return center, the line was very long and moving quite slowly. The airport shuttle arrived and I had to get out of line and was never able to have my rental charges adjusted. I was legally contracted for and paid for a larger and more expensive rental. I am entitled to a partial refund.Reviewed Apr 24 2021

Pros:Car was clean and was a hybrid, so gas mileage was great.Cons:Pickup and drop off was terrible. Dollar was closed, so had to wait 45 minutes for Hertz (after lugging baggage from one counter to another), and when we finally got to the counter, was supposed to get a Buick Enclave, had the keys in her hand, and then the lady changed it to a Kia Nitro. While gas mileage was good, car was horrible to drive and small. Then their monitor went blank, so she charged my credit card twice. Still struggling to get them to let go of the original charge. Drop off was AWFUL. Had no idea which place I was supposed to drop off, Dollar or Hertz. I picked it up in the Dollar section, so went there. It was closed. Ran around trying to find the Hertz counter. Couldn’t find it. So parked in the Dollar return section, and went to the inside counter. Lady there was extremely rude, said she couldn’t help me. I had to return it to Hertz, and she wouldn’t tell me where there return counter was. So I had to run back out (literally because I was about to miss my plane) get the car and drive around till I found it, which was in a different area then all the other returns). This was enough to make me never want to rent a car through Dollar again.Reviewed Mar 24 2021

Pros:There was not much of anything to like. The staff are rude, unfriendly and punitive. They didn’t have any vehicle our size or larger on site. We are a family of 5. We have 2 car seats, 7 bags and 5 people. We needed the size we paid for, months in advance. They offered us a sedan and $100 off our next rental in the form of a voucher. Seriously? A voucher to rent from the same company that offered us a sedan for a family of 5, with two car seats when we paid for a full size SUV or larger? Then they refused to rent us a vehicle AT ALL because we were frustrated with their lack of honoring the contract we paid for.Reviewed Mar 21 2021
