Van was dirty inside and out so went to car wash. Someone prior had an animal that salava was over windows and drool on seats and also hair. My charge was $182 and in error Budget charged my credit card $732. When calling Budget they escalated issue and came back and told me the only charged the $182 but my credit card showed the $732 was paid. I had to open a dispute with credit card company and I sent my Budget receipt and email that stated the charged only $182. It was after I did that I was able to get the $549 credit back to my card.Reviewed Aug 29 2024

We noticed the car shaking badly when we would brake on the highway. We then noticed the key chain had stickers saying there was a tire leak. When we checked the tire pressure, the right side was underinflated and the left really overinflated. We got them all to 35 psi, but the car still shook when braking. The car was pretty dirty so we had to run it through a car wash. The USBs did not work so we had to handwrite directions when our phones died. Just a lot of inconvenience for having the car only a day and a half.Reviewed Aug 12 2024

Waited 2 hours in line to get my car at pick-up. Didn’t have the car we reserved so they gave us an electric F-150. They gave us no instructions or info about charging stations or apps to use to find charging stations ( I don’t drive an electric car normaly). Spent 5 hours of our last day of vacation trying to find charging stations since ford trucks can’t run off of Tesla charging stations without an adapter that budget did not provide.Reviewed May 27 2024
