The storied 1927 hotel is part of the large Saunders building, one block from the 'central park' called Boston Common (which is also the best public self-parking garage). Pros (+) It looks amazing outside and the lobby
Cons (-) Room is super small. I barely can walk in the bathroom and the toilet flusher was the side poles like the ones in the gas station. Felt like I was staying at a motel 6 than a 4 star hotel. Checked in and checked right out after seeing that dump

Pros (+) Everything overall was good. Room was just very small for the price. We paid a lot of money to travel from Miami, you would think they’d tried to comfort you traveling so far. Overall, good experience.
Cons (-) Try there best to try and accommodate visitors traveling from other states. Rooms are very small for the prices.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and prompt, and the location was prime getting out to explore Boston. I also appreciated the accessibility of the Lynx fitness center and the conference rooms for business purposes.
Cons (-) The room itself was very small, truly only for one person. I would have appreciated a small fridge as I was staying for several days and cannot afford to eat out regularly while traveling (or at the pricey restaurants within the hotel). The walls between rooms seemed quite thin and doors slammed loudly.
