My only problem was figuring out how to work the heater, radio etc. The lady that walked us out should have gotten us set up. It was a cold morning and my husband and I aren’t very high tech. The bathroom when you walk in (Men’s) was beyond disgusting. You could smell it from the desk.Reviewed Dec 5 2023

Pros:The staff was friendly at te pickup, pickup was very easy!Cons:The return! Their parking garage is next to another one, and their was not well marked. There was no number or address, so initially I went to the wrong. It ierally took 20 minutes to get back to the right now. Please put your address on your entrance!!!Reviewed Jan 29 2021

Pros:did not work with Alamo staff at pick up. other persons desk. Told us to go to row 3 pick a car, do not come back. what? only 3 cars there and 3+ people looking for a car.
