I would like to request my money if possible I am going to call the credit card company to dispute it. I have reserved a Sedan but when I went to pick up the car they did not have a sedan for me. they gave me a dirty Jeep Wrangler, on top of that They charge me extra on that car. I had to spend over 200 dollars for the gas on that car in 2 days.Reviewed Mar 9 2024

Ive never felt so ripped off from start to finish. $600 to rent a van for less than 24 hours is outrageous. All staff from budget O encountered was uncaring and unknowledgeable. 1 out of 10. Any other car rental company would be a better choice.Reviewed Dec 31 2023

Rented a Lincoln premium car. When I got to the rental agency, they said they had none, but they could substitute for a premium SUV. SUV. Premium SUV was a Hyundai palisade.
