Bad experience with my car and the agent lack of communication and knowledge. Was informed that the car was full and did not notice it was half of a tank. I will never again pay so much money and rent with Alamo car rental.Reviewed Oct 5 2023

Pros:The drop off was extremely easy and the staff very professional. I was very happy with the taxi offer.Cons:I was a bit surprised by the additional $500 deposit at the pickup location. The deposit was almost 250% more than the cost of the rental car itself - which only totaled $201. It would have been a little more comforting to know that this extra amount was required prior to arriving at the location. Knowing at booking allows for precise budgeting for the trip.Reviewed Apr 8 2021
