Pros:I had been experienced bait and switch with a different car rental office the night before, so wasn’t really feeling too confident about going elsewhere. However, my husband and I were pleased with the customer service at Alamo and appreciated they had cars available for rental.Cons:I had to pay $501 for 2 days of rental. Pros:Pick up and drop off were very smooth, no huge hold placed on my card, covid precautions were good.Cons:Rented a Nissan Frontier-pick up truck, it was pretty base model and not the most comfortable vehicle.
