Pros: Staff was very friendly and efficient.
Cons: When I picked a category it showed Ford Edge or equivalent. I got Nissan Kicks, which is definitely not comparable. The car was very sluggish on the hilly highways in Ecuador where I vacationed. The price was the same, though.

Disaster
Pros: Disaster. I called them one day before to confirm. When I was there they told me that they don’t have a car available for me. They distroyyed my work day

Clean & Nice Car, but watch hidden fees.
Pros: The car was nice and exactly as we had reserved. Great customer service. Easy to get to from the airport by shuttle.
Cons: Required insurance and would not accept the prepaid insurance we bought through Kayak. You also only get 100KM per day, so extra charges can add up.
