Pros:Nice new carCons:No one was there when our flight landed. Someone from Enterprise actually got us a car from the National stock. It would be helpful if someone were actually on the lot to assist customers with pick up and return.Reviewed Jul 20 2017

Cons:There were no clear instructions as to where or how to drop off the vehicle. There was signage directing all car rentals to a lot with spaces numbered and organized by company. No other instructions or personnel were available to indicate where to go or what to do next. A simple sign saying to walk back up the hill to the airport terminal would have sufficed. There were five other people wandering around asking each other if anyone knew where to go. I had to call the Alamo phone line three times before someone could help me with instructions. Overall, the Lubbock location needs vast improvements to customer care.Reviewed May 22 2017

Very easy, great service!Pros:The return location is a little confusing - you have to drop the car at the rental return lot then go up to the airport to turn in the keys - but I figured it out easily. A man met me in the lot to drive me up to the airport, which was very nice. & When I got inside I just dropped the keys to the employee at the counter & went on my way. Super easy, & they were very friendly! Would definitely recommend & use again!!!Reviewed Jan 17 2017

Pros:The car was nice and the CSR was pleasant.Cons:The cars were parked way too far from where you pick up the keys and it was kind of confusing to find my vehicle.The underage driver fee is ridiculous.Reviewed Dec 14 2015
