Pros:OKCons:When I rented/and paid the car via Kayak, it was noted as "unlimited" miles BUT when I picked up the car, I was told there was a 250 miles limitation per day.Therefore, at our scheduled pick up the vehicle time of 10 PM, I did not have other options but to rent the same vehicle BUT twice the cost!Reviewed Aug 8 2019

Pros:Staff was horrible. I rent 10-15 cars a year. This was my first time with this company. There staff was rude and disrespectful and after waiting in line for an HOUR to get my rental that I had reserved online I was told they would not rent me a car. Ridiculous! Pros:Nothing. The customer service representative was rude. Online price is a scam. Everything they advertised on the website is a lie and they justify it by telling you “you should of read the fine print”. Never doing business with them again.Cons:Everything.
