Cons: They made money off my error.
I missed the pickup and drop off location in Seattle on third. And thought it was at SEATAC rental car facility. I immediately tried to call and change it. But I had to pay for 3 days rental. I cannot recommend them or KAYAK.
Pros: Pick up and drop off was a breeze!

Cons: Our rental had never been clean (ever). For a 2020 model with 15k miles on it, the vehicle's interior wasn't only filthy, it was starting to have significant wear and tear. Being in Covid times, I'd expect a little more attention to cleanliness, if at all. The floors of the vehicle were especially filthy, therefore it's evident this car hasn't been cleaned, ever. Crumbs, used tissue, plastic wrappers. Disgusting. Ironically, we returned the car cleaner than we received it by just wiping down the dash and steering wheel with wipes.
Cons: We showed up having a rental car booked in advance and Sixt told us they had no cars and they were canceling our reservation. Because of this I had to book a different rental and it cost $170 per day for the rental car vs the $50 per day I had booked with sixt. Criminal!!!
Pros: Van ran well.
Cons: Not the car I reserved. Not clean with 3 used water bottles, dirty cup holders and a miscellaneous chalky type ball that was left in the car. There is no one at the entrance to take the return. Upon entering the pick up area to inform them that no one was at the return, they told me to go back to the return where there was someone cooking his drugs on his tin foil and subsequently shooting up in broad daylight at the entrance to the returns.
Pros: Great car, Apple car play was spotty at times. Good value.

Cons: With everything that is going on in capital hill right now, I did not want to have to go back to capital hill to return the vehicle. I explained this to Sixt and asked if I could please return the car at the end of the rental at the airport instead (20 min away) and they would not let me do this without charging me $67 for the “change in drop off location”. The funny thing is that the staff at that Sixt location were telling me how no one was renting there since the hotel was closed so they kept having to drive cars over to the airport location. I was extremely disappointed that the company was concerned more about charging more fees than the safety and comfort of their customers. I am never going to rent from Sixt again after this bad experience.
Cons: We rented a minivan but when we got there, they only had SUV’s. They offered us a large SUV which worked out. The car had not been cleaned on the inside and there were dried food splashes all over the middle bucket seat. We also received varying answer regarding early return of the car. On the other hand, it was more economical than a lot of other rental companies.
Pros: Staff was friendly with pick up, but they informed me the car I had ordered was unavailable and so was given an alternative which was smaller, which made travelling difficult.
Cons: Staff needs to communicate better with customers and the central call center has GOT to communicate better with the local branches.
Pros: The drop off was very easy, no issues picking up or dropping off.
Cons: Not really their fault, but the car smelled like pot. I didn't need to smell that my whole trip, considering folks aren't supposed to be smoking in the cars.
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice vehicles.
Cons: This was beyond their control, but the night before, they had most of their inventory vandalized. They were able to make a suitable substitution for us.
