The downtown location was horrible. The guy working the counter was great. But they made me walk up the ramp to the 4th floor, walk through a bunch of cars that were parked in the driveway that were very close to each other. Then my car was so tight to the next car I don't know how I even squeezed my body into it. Hurt my back doing so. My paperwork said the car was full but it was 2/3 tank Then I had to drive the wrong way down the ramp to leave the garage. Drop off was very confusing once I got to where they were in the garage. They just had you leave the keys on dash and walk away.Reviewed May 8 2022

Pros:The staff member was not pleasant. Tried to sell and after declining he refused service.Cons:Fire him. Clearly he was having a bad day or just doesn’t like his job. He should be fired or put in the back where he is away from customers.Reviewed Jan 27 2021

Pros:Drop-off was easy and the car was functional.Cons:Neither the car’s interior or exterior had been cleaned. There was trash in the cup holders and the interior surfaces clearly hadn’t even been wiped down. The exterior hadn’t been washed. The car was missing all four tire nozzle caps.Reviewed Jun 18 2020
