Fox staff were unable to assist in identifying pre-existing damage to the car. The parking lot attendant refused to acknowledge existing damage requiring the renter to return to the upstairs counter to talk to a "manager". The exit gate attendant required a five minute conversation before she would simply initial the damage report form acknowledging existing damage. The check-out process took 40 minutes when it could have taken 10. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The Fox employee was present immediately upon pulling up, confirmed my identity, and quickly processed the return.Reviewed Jan 6 2025

I only rented through this company because it was the only option available. The vehicle was already over priced, then when I picked the car up, they added an extra daily upgrade charge for vehicle as they over sold the compact sedans. I don’t hear good things about Fox Rental Car as a company, and my experience surely confirms this.Reviewed Jun 30 2024

The check in process was SLOW. There was a long line, which was created mainly by a long check in pro chess which made the long line move very slowly. Check in took over 30 minutes, other rental car companies had practically no lines during my wait. Wish I went somewhere else.Reviewed Mar 31 2024
