Cons:There were only 3 of us in line, I was the third. There was only one agent working Avis first and Payless as a “side job”. The gentleman was polite and apologetic but the lady in front of us couldn’t get the credit card machine to approve her cc. It took 20 minutes while the rest of us had to wait.
