Pros:The staff was professional.Cons:If i got my refund because I never got to rent the car. That would be nice. They should somehow utilize there software to know if there are any cars for rent. Great Service - helpful folksPros:For the first time ever I forgot to refill the car before returning it. I was running super late to my flight, and they were completely understanding. I expected to pay the fee for refilling, but they were extremely understanding and realized that I only used a few gallons of fuel - they charged me the pump price instead of the fee. Extremely thoughtful - will definitely rent from them again!!Cons:I don't have a bad thing to say. I was a little disappointed that I paid twice for insurance, once through a third party during the booking, and another when I arrived. I wish it was all together - but that's it.Reviewed Jun 5 2018

Great price. Ok service.Pros:The women at the pick up counter in Syracuse was great.Cons:The instructions in the email had you first call a number that no one answers. I called the national number as opposed to the local one and the customer service representative did not think the Syracuse airport existed nor did he know about the instructions in the email to call the local number Car trunk had trash in it from a previous renter and the car smelled of smoke. Perhaps you have to pay extra for a non-smoking car but I was not aware. No one was at the counter for the return nor answered the phone.Reviewed Mar 22 2018
