I made a reservation and got dropped off at the hertz location. The guy in the office said they didn’t have any cars. I showed him my reservation and he said it didn’t matter and they didn’t have any cars available and everyone in the office was sick. I’m not sure how that affects the number of cars but it certainly made me feel uncomfortable. I asked what Hertz policy is to help someone dropped off with a reservation and no cars available and he said “nothing, read the fine print.” I went to Avis down the road and had a wonderful experience and even for a free upgrade for less than the hertz quoted rate.Reviewed Oct 7 2022
