convenient and cleanPros:The location inside the Hampton inn is convenient. The upgrade to a larger car was free, since apparently no small car was available.Cons:Shorter hours at this location on weekends.Reviewed Jun 14 2017

Office Was Closed When I Arrived - Could Not PickPros:It was good that the agent had his phone number and the phone number of Dollar posted on the door of the office so that I could call for assistance.Cons:When I made my reservation, I had a choice of pick up times from morning until night. I picked 4 PM. Because of travel times, I did not arrive until 5:30 PM, and when I came to the office door, I found it locked and the lights off. The office was inside a hotel, and the hotel staff said no keys had been left for me but that I could call the phone numbers on the door for help. Two of the phone calls sent me to voice mail. The third number was for Dollar customer service. I explained my situation, and the agent explained that I had a provisional reservation, since payment was to be upon pick up, and the office closed at 5 PM (which was not clear when I reserved the car, since I was allowed to select any pick up time). I was transferred for help, and the phone call dropped. I ended up asking the hotel for a ride to the local train station so I could rent a car from another rental company.Reviewed Nov 11 2016
