Pros:Car was clean. Drop off was easyCons:Pick up was poor. Received email directing me to pick up location at ritz Carlton that had been closed for months. Wasted 25 minutes going there to be directed back to original pick up location. Car was ready over an hour later than reserved.Reviewed Apr 3 2021

Pros:Nothing.Cons:On the day I was supposed to pick up the rental, I called to see if I can get the car early. Instead they canceled my reservation and said they did not have any cars, and when I asked if they could give me any vehicle type, did not have to be the van I requested, they said I cannot be helped and to try another place.Reviewed Mar 4 2021

Pros:It was a 1 man staff and he was busy but he was fine. We changed the return date and that was handled very easily.Cons:He was all by himself so we had to wait a little while but he did all he could to get it done .Reviewed Nov 24 2020

Pros:The staff was confusing, rude, added extra charges to rental, had to drive back to naples to figure out why because the local office wouldn't answer the phone and the national office has no customer service on weekends. Chevy spark was not a great car, but was economy priced. Beyond that, the brakes were a little weirdCons:Better communication about add-ons. Hertz offering weekend customer service. Pros:Pick up staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. He was excellent and explain everything above and beyond our expectation. The drop-off was the complete opposite. I think the lady at the drop-off require customer training or you will start losing customers to National, Alamo, etc. She had NO CONCEPT of a customer. She was on the phone and I can tell it was a personal conversation for about 10 minutes with me waiting!Cons:Also, the rude attendant that was on her personal phone call, could have explain more curiously that returning the vehicle one day early would only result in a dollar or two refund. The nice gentleman during the pick up had mentioned a pro-rated refund which should have been $35.92. Our refund was only about 2 dollars. Anyway, we do appreciate the company service and will not make the rude attendant at drop-off spoil the entire experience. Cannot win everything.Reviewed Jan 30 2020

Pros:Everyone was very nice and seemed happy to help.Cons:I reserved a truck 3 weeks prior to the date I needed the vehicle and the day before I am to pick it up I get a call from them saying they don’t have a truck, never did and never will. I got a truck due to the fact I had lots of luggage and gifts for the holidays to haul. I was given a midsize suv instead which did not even come close to holding everything. Horrible rental experiencePros:The only good thing was the car had sirris radio.Cons:The car didn’t have cruise control. I didn’t know to ask because every car I rented had cruise control. The car was incredibly uncomfortable as well. There was a constant noise of metal flapping too. Found the culprit: some metal near the front tire was missing a screw, thus causing the constant noise.Reviewed May 22 2018
