Went in to get my rental vehicle and nobody was at the counter I ended up having to pay for an Uber during my trip and never received a rental vehicle from HertzReviewed Dec 12 2023

My experience was out of this world, due to the employees I had the chance to speak with. Specifically, the man who checked me in and out, as well as the other two employees in the office at the time. They were so warm, extremely accommodating, and absolutely turned my days around. I went in well to pick-up, and left knowing the day was one to be enjoyed. I came in today to drop off my car, feeling.. not the best! I left knowing the day was one to be enjoyed. I booked at Sky Harbor. Somehow the reservation ended up at Mesa Gateway. Sky Harbor Hertz did nothing to help me. Offered a car 4 times the price. I too Uber and will not use Hertz again in the future.Reviewed Nov 15 2021

When I got to the rental counter, they informed me they had no cars in all of Phoenix and that third party sellers were booking cars that aren't there. I was unable to find a car in Phoenix and had to pay for extra nights hotel.Reviewed Nov 5 2021
