Pros:The car was clean & ready - but one tire was seriously low on air. The Hertz employee went above and beyond and had it repaired in short order by a local tire shop. Drop off was a breeze.Cons:An excellent experience with great caring staff. What more could I ask for? All rental car agencies charge a significant premium for full size SUV's - so it was quite pricey.Reviewed Aug 17 2020
