It was not good at all when we showed up to get the rental all they did was make you worry about the Tesla very miserable to deal with and make you buy their coverage saying 3rd party with online booking don’t cover. They just scare you to the point of not wanting to use it.Reviewed Aug 12 2024

We rented a Tesla. Upon pickup, they said it wasn't charged and that we would have to go to a charging station to charge it. There was also something wrong with the battery as it did not maintain a charge...i.e., we charged to 80% and it said we had 300Km...but after a 5km drive, it dropped to 180km. I called Hertz to say that the car wan't maintaining a charge and need to switch cars, and they said they didn't have any cars and that they would call us after the weekend. They never called.
