When we picked up car, a manager told about small chunk on the windshield, but did not add it in the report, because it was to small. When we drop off the car, he said that we did the chunk, it wasn't before.Reviewed Feb 21 2024

Ok … appointment for pick up was 3:00 pm and showed up at 3:00. Door was locked and they seemed put out I was not there earlier, yet the appointment was for 3:00. They didn’t make note of any windshield chip then tried to crave me for one that was there already. They checked a previous note and found the chip was indeed already there. It was good. The pick up was fine. Car was as expected. Drop off was really quick. Price wasn’t fantastic but was reasonable. All of in all a good experience. The only negative was trying to get car play to work. The customer service person did try to help but couldn’t. We got it working the second day.Reviewed Dec 1 2023

Had a reservation for a SUV and they didnt have any! But they had the BMW SUV and she would give that one! Told me to go sit over there and wait till one comes in? Took a taxi to my hotel instead!Reviewed Oct 24 2022

Pickup was average, drop off was quick, although the return lanes were confusing and disorganized - not enough space at the Edmonton airport facility for returns - I would hold up Houston's George Bush airport as the "gold standard" in this respect. All in all, it was a good rental experience - car was clean, in "as new" conditioning, and economical to operate.Reviewed Oct 23 2022

They do not accept BC N licenses even over 25. This knowledge was not provided until the counter. Had to cancel and wait 2 hours for another rental.Reviewed Aug 22 2022

Pros:Staff was far from helpful. Seemed very miserable. I ended up cancelling my reservationCons:Let people know online when making a reservation. That you need a MasterCard. And that you don’t accept visa. Kind of shitty. Making a reservation online put all my info in. All my card info. Just to show up. And not even be able to get it cause they can’t swipe my Visa card.
