Cons: The drop off situation was horrible. We were scheduled to drop off our rental after hours but when we got to the location there was no room in the parking lot. Other renters literally parked their vehicles on sidewalks in downtown Denver. When we realized our rental wouldn’t fit we called the various 1800 numbers Hertz had on the reservation papers but no one could tell us what to do. They transferred us to their “emergency roadside” but they left us in hold and never answered. After an hour and a half of calls and transfers and being put on hold various times, we had to drive 30 minutes to the airport location to drop off the vehicle. Will never rent from Hertz again!

Pros: Might want to let your customers know this location isn’t open sundays when they pick up the car and explain what to do when returning on a Sunday. Also Don’t advertise cars at a different location when someone searches Denver International Airport then refuse to help when customer shows up to get car at airport only to find out it was booked at a different location.
Cons: Everything, starting with customer service. We will never book a car here again. Can’t even get a human on the phone when you need one.
Cons: My zero star review is actually for KAYAK not Hertz. I booked a reasonably priced car rental only to get to the airport and find out that KAYAK decided to move my car rental location 30 miles away without informing me. I was informed Kayak ran out of cars and did not want to lose the sale. I could not make it before they closed even if I hired an Uber, so Hertz charged me an additional $200+ for a last minute car rental. I WILL NEVER USE KAYAK AGAIN. EVER.
Cons: At DIA, the hertz pickup place is grouped with some other not so good places. We waited in line for 30 mins before we found out that hertz didn’t have a line. We were in the line for the other crappy rental places because hertz didn’t have people directing traffic to their service center.

Pros: The staff in Denver was excellent and very helpful. Drop-off in Worcester Massachusetts was not.
Cons: The drop-off consisted of picking up a telephone at an empty desk, it was only 3:10pm, and them telling me to put the keys in a drop-box. I dropped off the car a couple hours earlier than expected and should have received a refund for the extra hours I was originally charged for, but no one was at the desk to speak with.
Pros: It doesn’t matter. The customer service Director at the DEN airport at Hertz was beyond unprofessional and rude.
Cons: The customer service Director at Hertz was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have EVER encountered in that type of role. She was a bully and on a power trip.
Pros: Luxury car at a good price. The guy that helped us get the car was very nice.
Cons: The Hertz bus that picks us up from the airport took 20ish minutes to show up. There were 50 people waiting for it, I counted. When it showed, they guys said “I can take 4 with me.” Not sure if that’s because it was full or because they were social distancing. I took another services bus and walked to Hertz. Once there, the car was dirty on the exterior. My daughter found a French fry in the back seat. It’s the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
