Car was same as booked. Clean . Good on gas. Comfortable easy to operate . Drop off was a breeze . Only negative was the long line at pick up but in fairness we were all coming off the same cruise ship.Reviewed Apr 27 2026

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.Reviewed Aug 19 2024
