English countryside tour
Pros: I was upgraded to a Hybrid car which was great as I was doing a lot of out of town travel as Gaza being already quite expensive in UK. This was a great advantage. Also the car had a GPS system which was great. The staff were very nice & helpful both at pick up & especially on return.
Cons: The pick up was a little slower then anticipated. First you have to take a bus to the car which seems to be the same for all rental companies & I guess can’t be helped, but when we did get to the car lot it did take a little while till the car was ready. Staff were very not ce & apoligised, but that should be improved.

Friendly Staff
Pros: The staff welcomed us when we arrived (both for pick up and drop-off) and really seem to care about getting you processed as quickly as possible. Our car was still being washed and the rep was very apologetic and even gave us a free half tank of gas for the inconvenience

Good value van hire
Pros: Everything was good. Pick up went well, van was clean and quite new.
Cons: The excess was high at £1150 and to bring it down to £250 would have doubled the cost. Seems a lot proportionate to risk.

Pros: That Waterloo Enterprise's Manager ,Chriss , managed all the wrong things exactly how he should have
Cons: You didn't put the right photo for the booked car on the web site You didn't say anything about congestion fee (11,50£ extra fee)

Excellent customer service, no wait time.
Pros: Personnel were very customer focused and thier goal was to get you in the car and on your way to your destination. Return of car and transport to airport was the quickest and easiest we have experienced at any major airport.
Cons: Nothing.

Car condition poor and difficult
Cons: The car had 30,000 miles and was covereved in small dents and scratches. I questioned this with the rep. Who was helpful and she used a small plastic template stating only large damage is considered material. However when i rerurned the car a different rep started examining every tiny scratch with NO TEMPLATE in sight. I looked after the car and all the damage was on there. After some arguing she agreed. But i will not fo back, ill use Sixt where you get none of this rubbish and much newer cars.

Required to keep the parcel cover in the car
Pros: Car was in great shape, clean, and large enough to hold everyone comfortably. The Heathrow shuttle was big enough to carry us and all our bags and was ready to go when we were. Signing the rental agreement and returning went quickly
Cons: The car we rented (Ford S-Max) had seats for 7 people. We needed six seats and planned on folding the other one down for our bags. However, the car also has a parcel cover, which is fairly long (about four feet) and goes right where the head of the back row passenger sits. I asked Enterprise if we could leave it behind in the office because it would take up too much room or be in the way. They refused to let us do that, and said it had to stay with the car. It meant the back seat passenger had this bar/ luggage cover in their lap for most of our trip. I mentioned this to the agent when returning the car, and he gave me his contact info and said he would ensure we get an upgrade if we ever rent there again.

Friendly and helpful!
Pros: The staff were perfect. Our shuttle bus driver, pickup and drop off agents were all really friendly and extremely helpful in every way! The car was exactly what we needed, and there was no attempt to aggressively sell us an upgrade. Top points all round!!
