Pros:The kid behind the counter was nice, as he told me I could not rent a car.Cons:Maybe let people know when they rent a car that if they are picking it up from an airport that they MUST have a credit card in their name to rent it and that a debit card DOES NOT work. That's kind of important information!!! That way they don't get stuck there with 2 small kids who were scared they'd never get home for hours and have to have their elderly mother drive 3 hours in the middle of the night to pick them up to drive another 3 hours to get home by 4 am for the kids first day of school that morning. Luckily she was able to or we might still be there as there were no Uber drivers in the area and a cab would have been $300 for us. If you are going to REQUIRE something, you need to make sure people know that!!!!Reviewed Aug 12 2020
