After looking at my credit card statement I realized that I was overcharged. Since no one would answer the phone st the rental location I had to call the 1-800 number. After waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, the agent tells me I was charged for the damage loss waiver, which I had clearly declined, as I had a copy of the rental agreement in my hands. First she told me she was unable to refund me, then she offered to refund me 50% of the damage loss waiver cost. She finally refunded me the cost of the damage loss waiver, after I told her I was holding the rental agreement in my hands. I will try to avoid Budget next time I need to rent a car. Trying to rip off unsuspecting customers, not nice!!!Reviewed Aug 23 2022

Cons:Too much time spent up selling. At 10pm, I want to pick up and move on. Not stand in line while others face up selling and I rehearse my lines to address my own up selling. Even pizza carry out was closed by the time we reached our accommodations...Reviewed May 17 2021
