The car made noises as thought it had poor maintenance and was not going to reliably make it to where we wanted to go. Not all the electronics worked/worked properly. The pick up experience took a very long time the workers were very slow and were not happy or particularly kind. Overall bad experience can not think of anything positive.Reviewed Mar 31 2025

Had a low tire and could not get anybody on the phone to help us. Had to take a chance in my neck to the rental with somebody and hope that the car did not have a blowout. It was not very happy with the lack of communication or help from anyone we talked to on the phone.Reviewed Jan 29 2025

The truck exterior was filthy!! The interior cleanliness was overall pretty good other than the huge seagull poop on the back seat. Obviously the windows were left open and the BIG bird had great aim. Other than that this was a top 10 experience with Budget.
