Pros: The price was great. Staff was polite and professional.
Cons: The hours at the Plattsburgh airport - PBG- are insufficient. 9am to 1pm are not good hours for Saturdays if flights are arriving and departing on Saturday afternoons. Also we had to call both the airport number and the Cornelia St. number many times to reach a rep. Won't be a repeat customer.

Service and car were great
Pros: I could not have had a better experience with Enterprise in Plattsburgh NY. They called me ahead of time, switched my pickup to the airport, and quickly took care of getting my car.

Easy and hassle free
Pros: Choice of vehicles and no lines to wait in. Pleasant employee.
Cons: Prices at the small airport in Plattsburgh NY are higher in general than at at larger nearby airports. Only one employee which could be a problem if others were renting at the same time.

Cons: The vehicle was horrible. Filthy seats, cigarette smoke, damaged windshield wipers.

Cigarette smoke, stained seats, broken windshield
Cons: The car was used by a smoker and smelled very bad. The seats were covered with stains. The windshield wiper rubber gasket was damaged and therefore did not work with rainy conditions.This car sucked!

Cons: Got a ride to Plattsburgh which is a five hour drive to where I live it was my daughters birthday we had the weekend all planned out...long story short they didn't rent me the car...weekend was ruined...enterprise sucks monkey balls
