Pros: I liked nothin about it. Staff not helpful. Long line. At front of line, I was told that my noon reservation was for a location 1/4 mile from the airport ( though it at an address called “airport road” and that that location was closed at the time of my pickup so I couldn’t pick go to pick it up). Who
Allows a car rental reservation at a closed location? Then when they said they might have a car for me anyway, even though they weren’t giving cars to “walk ins”, I could not rent it with a debit card, even though they had a large sign that said to Rent with a debit card, you needed a return plane ticket. I had that and showed it. They didn’t care. Then I said- could you please hold that car until I ubered to my hotel
And back and picked up a different credit card. They said no. I didn’t want to risk that car not being available.
So I found a better car rental agency.(Avis) And will never rent from Enterprise again.
Cons: Literally everything could’ve been better. See above. I commit to never using Enterprise again - even if it’s The least expensive or only agency with available cars. There were twenty people in line, one woman at the counter and a man flitting around with car keys in his hand and not interacting with customers and no apology from anyone foe the long line. Not a well run operation at all.
Cons: Long lines to pick up car
Pros: Pickup went smoothly. After hours drop off as well. Enterprise staff also managed to find a hat I'd left in the vehicle and arrange for it to be returned to me.
Cons: Not clear that location was not at airport and was not even open when we landed. And wouldn’t reopen until Monday. Closed on Sunday.
Cons: The pick up is not at the airport and we had to walk a mile with almost no sidewalks. You should not rent at off airport sites unless it is specifically stated. Plus, they would not shuttle us. It was dangerous walking in the street to get there. If someone got hurt you could be liable
Cons: Nobody at the location I rented from would answer the phone - for 2 days in a row I tried reaching them. The front office staff seemed professional but the employees cleaning and pulling up the cars did not look or act professional. For example, someone who just got their rental came back in with a used water bottle left in the car, and the employees laughed about it after the customer walked back out. There should also be a service or ability to be dropped off or picked up at airport when renting, since about a one mile walk.
Pros: The man that check me in was friendly and somewhat helpful.
Cons: Had a number of issues with the rental process. One, the rental location was off-site from the airport. Two, I was provided an economy car in spite of the premium car I confirmed through my reservation. Three, not a single employee was on-site during my drop-off aka sleeping on the job.
Pros: Nothing. We never got our rental. They closed at noon but no one told us that when we booked.
Cons: If I did a little research and saw how many complaints there already were with Pricelinr. Horrible customer service. Refused to help me and blamed me for everything
Cons: The price I agreed to was $194. Once I returned the car the price per day had increased and I was charged $320 with zero explanation as to why the daily rate has gone up.
Cons: Cars oversold. Did not receive car despite two separate reservations
Pros: Staff Top Notch at this location!!!!!
Pros: The location is NOT AT THE AIRPORT. it is very confusing because I asked to book at the airport. it was a $10 cab-ride away.
Cons: When trying to book a car rental at the airport, Kayak should ONLY show agencies at the airport.
