Wrong vehicleCons:We reserved a minivan to transport 7 people, 3 of them in car seats, from Lacrosse to Minneapolis for a family wedding. When we went to pick it up they did not have a van. Gave us an explorer with 7 seats but no room for anything else. Had to have two people and most bags get a ride with someone else. Enterprise said we could switch out the vehicle in Minneapolis. I spent and hour on the phone trying to work that out. They would not bring us the vehicle so we had to drive 40 minutes to the airport and wait 45 minutes to get that switch done and then 40 minutes back.Reviewed Jul 31 2017
