Cons:They gave away our car. We got a deal through Kayak. I guess they did not want to honor the deal so they rented our car to someone else for twice the price. As a result I would never use Enterprise car rental or Kayak again!Reviewed Apr 1 2021

Pros:Several employees at counter carried in personal conversations using curse words (unprofessional). First car had a flat tire, second car did not have full tank of gas. Enterprise off airport where I was suppose to pick up car had already closed so got car at airport. Was never informed the rate would be 300 plus dollars more per month.Cons:With regards to reservation, should have been j formed I could turn car in next day and pick up original car offsite which was substantially lower in cost.Reviewed Jan 3 2021

Cons:Enterprise switched the pickup location due to location construction but failed to notify me. I reserved a drop off location (anchorage airport) different than the pickup location but the lady at the pickup location then tried to charge me extra (over and above my reservation amount) to drop off at the airport which was shown on my reservation.. I ignored her "upcharge threats" and dropped off per my reservation details anyway. I will not rent from Enterprise in Anchorage again, it was not a pleasant experienceReviewed Sep 28 2020

Pros:Drop off was easy, staff working that day was professional.Cons:Pick up staff was uninterested in every part of transaction. Original rental vehicle offered was unacceptable, only option they would offer is an up-sale to the next size (more money for enterprise). That vehicle interior was dirty which I could not believe in our current COVID environment however that was the only thing available. Staff could care less as long as I drove away and they could move on to next customer.Reviewed Aug 12 2020

Cons:went to pick up rental at location stated on conformation page . had to take taxi (25) they where not open called enterprise (well we tryed to call you on 6-2-2020 )I confirmed reservations on or about 6-15 a week before we fly all is good ...ok cool ...So wait for another taxi to take me back to airport (25) go to enterprise desk at airport BUT heres the kicker Airport in Anchorage AK has fees where the lot out side of airport doesn't so 399 plus tax 430 was my Quote..at airport it turned into 799 plus a 20% depositReviewed Jun 28 2020
