Cons:What could have been better is If you receive the model car that you initially booked online and also there should be no hidden charges, I even called and ask thoroughly what the total cost and if there’s is any other charges and they still weren’t up front about it. Cons:When we went to get our car there were only 2 cars available a mustang and a Volkswagen passet. We had reservations for a full size car and the staff seemed unaware of our reservations . Pros:Drop off was easy but staff was not very friendlyCons:We booked a small size suv. When we got there they told us all they had was a minivan. Pros:Very friendly staff. Check In was only a few minutes and drop off was done before we even had a chance to empty the trunk. Cons:When I got to counter at 11 PM they did not have any cars available was told it was because my reservation was for 8 PM. My flight was 3 hours delayed so was out of my control.
