The car was good and staff was friendly but we were charged more than expected and never received an answer when we questioned this. The amount quoted at the pick-up desk was slightly higher (about $10) than the quote. We planned to return the car with a fulll tank of gas but due to unexpected traffic we weren’t able to stop and were charged $48 (returned it with half of tank, charged for a full tank) and were charged an additional $36 for a recovery fee which we have no idea what this was for or why it was charged.Reviewed Apr 6 2024
