Good car and servicePros:The counter service was great.Cons:The car had a plugged tired with a leak on the rear passager side. That called for multiple stops by gas stations to fill up with air.Reviewed May 30 2018

Cons:Sat there for over an hour and he did not have a car available so that the detail guys did not show up and he was running way behind along with about 15 other reservations. Very poor service. If he is been straightforward and told me when I got to the counter that it was not going to be Ready for a good while I would've walk next-door and got a car next-door and I wouldn't of been upset.Reviewed Aug 13 2017

Horrible experiencePros:Nothing at all not the car style I selected!Cons:I didn't like the fact the vehicle selected was a special which said any normal size car which had a full size car for the image. Also I didn't knw anything about a $250 deposit! I'm over the age of 25. (29) The gave me a sorry ford focus which not anything close to a normal size car. No room in the back seat looks like a small mini van. So they gave me a compact car.....Reviewed Jun 21 2016
