Pros:The staff were friendly, but there was a long line to pick up and a long line to drop off. You need a second staff person in the mornings. I won't rent from you again in Halifax. It's too big a hassle.Cons:The car was also dirty. Not horrible, but not washed, and had dirty floor mats and a couple of scattered pieces of debris inside. This was not a terrible experience, but the pickup-dropoff wait of more than half an hour made it not worth it. I went by the counter of the competition in the bus station, and they had a much shorter line. I'll use them next time, which is upcoming in the spring.Reviewed Oct 15 2019

Poor customer service and misleadingly expensivePros:It was great to have a car for my stay in Halifax and it was very clean.Cons:I didn't like how my rate went from $89 to $177 because I asked to extend it less than 24 hours longer which in the beginning they told me was okay to do. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, so I asked to speak with a manager who was much better to deal with. I think the charges associated with extending it a day was excessive and I felt ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this company.Reviewed Jul 21 2018

Pros:Got upgraded good vehicle and good info I could drop at airport with no extra charge.Cons:Vehicle was gutless poor power, charge for second driver at about $14 per day is ridiculous. Who would pay this? If it was $2 or $3 per day they might sell this option.Reviewed Sep 22 2017

Pros:Staff at Halifax were excellent.Cons:The two telephone reps ( from Timbuck2) did not do anything they were asked to do even though they acknowledged they did. Vehicle was smaller than advertised even though the disclaimer may have shown that. Our vehicle was not similar to a Chev Tahoe by any standard.Reviewed Aug 23 2017

No car due to them overbookingPros:Car - clean, quite newCons:There was no car for me at the booked location with no idea of when one would be coming in. There was already another person ahead of me in the list who was also waiting because of overbooking so I did not feel like waiting.
