Great customer servicePros:I felt welcomed, and though I have heard over the years horror stories of renting cars abroad, my experience with Dollar at Dubai airport was excellent.Cons:Returning the car, it wasn't clear where to park (unlike in every US airport, there's no obvious 'rental return' lot. I had to find a parking spot in close proximity to the office - but that is just Dubai normal. I just wish it was made clearer.Reviewed Mar 14 2017

Awsome ServicePros:Pick up was flawless, personnel were easy to work with. This helps after a 20 hour flight.Cons:Return parking was not well directed, but Our dollar car tenant drove the car to the right spot for me. Very Nice!Reviewed Nov 25 2016

PrizePros:On Kayak the prize was good.Cons:But as i reached to the Dollar counter they have added almost 40% extra on the total cost which i dont like and also they have not provided me with the car i booked instead they have downgraded my car because the car was not available. And also on returning the car i have waiting for half an hr for the car get inspected.Reviewed Sep 8 2016

Poor service and incompetent staffPros:Car was almost newCons:I did not like the service provided and was charged 3 days where else the contract is 2 days moreover was again charged after delevering the car additional charges with out my authorization which turned to be fraud and cheating I call the customer service help like they did not have a immediate solutions since I was at the airport I had to go back and face staff who did use my credit card with out my authority after mentioning that I will sue them he immediately void the transaction so why should I go through all this hassle ?Reviewed Aug 21 2016
