I complete missed the pickup time and their station was closed, but apparently their coordination with Hertz is excellent. I was able to check out from the Hertz station for a Dollar car with no problems. I would give that a 5, but it's not on the listReviewed Sep 13 2026

Prior to picking up car, it was impossible to check-in early and choose the car; website was useless and didn't work. Calling "customer support" was worse, if not down right pathetic. Wasn't interested in helping; was pushing to cancel reservation and move into a new one at a much higher price. Could not guarantee what type of car I'd be getting nor it's class.Reviewed Sep 10 2026

My booking was not honored because the site I used was from HongKong and my driver's license is from Canada. I have never heard of this. At LAX, the counter told me that I had to request for a cancellation through qeeq via email, and told me they would book one through her system. It was x3 the price. I have not been able to cancel through qeeq. One of the worst car rental experiences I have had. I do not recommend Dollar nor qeeq. It seems like fraud.Reviewed Sep 1 2026
