Pros:The rental didn’t even happen because even though we called their corporate customer service and had the pickup time changed the number they had for the local office at the Boise airport was disconnected and turns out their office closes at 5 pm and they don’t offer any sort of after hours pick up.Cons:Everything. Their customer service is non existent.Reviewed Aug 24 2020
