At the counter it was great. I had to call customer service; however, and it was terrible. I had to repeat all my information to an automated service and then again twice to customer service. Please, please, please bring you customer care call centers back to the United States. I worked for Tmobile and Americans want to speak to Americans. I was so mad by the end of the call I don't know if I will rent with Budget again.Reviewed Sep 9 2024

The price quoted to me was approximately $235 for a one day rental. When my credit card was charged, one day and less than 24 hours later, the total cost was $493.97. It makes me never want to use Budget nor Kayak for a car rental again.Reviewed Feb 24 2024

Changed rental car providers at the last moment. The clerk at the desk was very helpful and extremely polite. Car was extremely clean and thoroughly enjoyed. I will be back to use budget again.Reviewed Jan 13 2024

Pros:Car was clean.Cons:Desk attendant at pick up was rude and seemed to like surprising us with fees/deposits instead of explaining things, even when we approached the desk and said good morning and waited to be called up to the desk, instead of just waltzing up and demanding service. We tried to start things off nice since it was 7am, but it was not reciprocated. My brother and I are tall/big guys, and so we try to be extra nice in order to not be scary, and so we are very concientous about our approach with people. We said 'hello' and 'how are you' to the drop off attendant. The drop off attendant said 4 words total: 'Hello,' and, 'Okay, you're good.'Reviewed May 16 2021
