They didn't refund the deposit and told me that everything was fine when I returned the car. I contact them two days later to ask why is the deposit not refunded yet and they told me that the car was dirty. Of course, that's a lie and it wasn't dirty (you can even see it on the pictures taken when I returned the car). Basicaly, they are scammers and also the horn and the radio wasn't working.
Poor experience, car was super dirty inside and outside.
I was overcharged and told I will get my deposit back ones I drop off the vehicle . Which never happened .When I did drop off the car , I was charged 19$ cleaning fee , which I was fine with .i asked if everything is fine , and they said YES!! After a couple days I didn’t get the refubd of my deposit . I reached out to them , called , got ignored. Messaged , after several messages someone answered me and said they will look into the „contract“ and get back to me . No one ever did . I reached out again , no respond . The advertisement said 170$ us .at the end is was charged 900+ Canadian dollars ! Such a rip off !! I understand to pay for insurance , additional drivers ok , no problem .but not getting back my deposit ???357$!!! I’m beyond upset !
