The staff were friendly, but their policy for charges is poor in comparison to other companies. They automatically charge you for a full tank of gas before you even return it(which is credited back to you upon return of full tank)and if you go over your return time by even an hour they charge you for it. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will NOT rent with Budget again and I rent a vehicle every 2 weeks. Budget gave me the wrong vehicle 3 different times. Each time I walked all the way with my luggage only to find out the vehicle was not the vehicle I had been assigned. Other cars were parked in the spot my sedan should have been. The worst car rental ever.Reviewed Apr 23 2025

Poor first experience renting a vehicle from Budget. The gentleman whom checked me in was very bland and unhelpful. He gave me a much larger vehicle that was terrible to maneuver around Colorado Springs. He acted liked he was doing me a God-given favor.
