Book Budget car rentals in Melbourne

Cons: Went to pick up van for group trip. They did not have one, said they couldn’t get one...sorry. This van was rented weeks before for a Senior Trip. Budget did not notify me or try to communicate about not having availability. The lack of help or concern was most unprofessional . We have rented these vans for years and have never had a problem. (Not from budget).

Pros: Nothing, Not Friendly or helpful, lady should find another line of work, customer service is her weak suit. I hope the company addresses this branch. Worst possible experience I have ever had. Add to that the Budget customer phone service was not helpful either, at all, and provided wrong information more than once. Spent almost 4 hours trying to salvage our trip with no help.

Cons: Well, having a car would be a good start. Reserved car in Feb for late March and they had none. Absolute worst customer service possible. Have not traveled in a year and this was our first experience since then. Had to cancel our planned drive. Will never recommend.

Cons: We could not rent our car as it was not available. Found out when we went for pick up.

Pros: Staff was not friendly. Would not take a debit card and would not work with me on a solution.

Cons: Clearly note no debit cards during reservation process.

Pros: Picking up and dropping off the car were the only good parts.

Cons: Practice what they preach and actually clean the car after another renter uses it.

Pros: Staff was unhelpful and I booked and they told me that they didn't have any vehicles to rent to me after I checked online and called budget online to double check. My car broke down and I was stuck.

Cons: Nicer lady at the front desk.

Pros: Staff was distracted and more interested in selling insurance.

Cons: A more fair price would have been helpful.
