Smooth process. The first car we had experienced mechanical problems and was changed with no hassle. They also accommodated us because we had to take the car for 1 week rather than 2 days as was initially planned. Only downside is I think it would be best if the app would make you aware of the 10000 baht deposit. Also it cost me 10$ more a day because the car we selected (a Yaris) before arrival was not available so we got a Honda City instead which was more expensive.Reviewed Mar 15 2024

Cons:Drop-off instructions are confusing. Also, drop-off location at Suvarnabhumi airport is not as good as for other rental car companies. Fortunately, the employee drove us with all our luggage to the gate where we had to check in.Reviewed Jan 29 2020

Pros:Drop off was not super easyCons:The vehicle had a flat tire the source of the problem was unclear. The number for assistance was of zero assistance in informing where the jack etc. Was located . I’m not angry, I’m disappinted.Cons:Upon arriving in Bangkok we found that the van provided was unlike the one we reserved and could not store nearly the amount of luggage as the one shown online. We also were informed that we would not have gps even though we had requested it prior to our trip. The vehicle itself was in fair condition save for the speakers/radio deck which were abismal. They constantly shorted out and were nearly useless. When we returned from our trip and attempted to return the van, your customer service had claimed they could pick up the van for us; however, we were left on our own and had to return the van to a different budget. This cost us almost 4 hours and we nearly missed our bus. Considering that we gave months notice on our requests we are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service and will not be using budget again.Reviewed Aug 14 2018

Budget is always my #1 choice at Bangkok for a vehiclePros:Brand new diesel pick-up with covered bed to put all our luggage. Easy Drop Off on upper level when returning the vehicle and catching a flight, they came up and met me so I could then enter the terminal at the most convenient spot to access my check-in.Cons:Nothing to complain about at all.Reviewed Jun 24 2018
