I was not able to rent from Alamo due to not havinPros:Only that the agent told me of the only cat rental place in the airport that accept debit cards was Avis and she explained to me if I had reservation from one of the airlines that they then would accept my debit card (this was not noted on my reservation when I made it very upsetting ).Cons:Not given advance notice that debit cards were not accepted at the time of reservation (only those who had flight reservations ) very upset (but very happy) that only one car rental place (Avis) accept my debit card . Alamo now Thrifty/Dollar also no longer accepting debit cards everyone don't have major credit cards (some by choice and I'm one of them) it's sad and unfair, Not Happy At AllReviewed Jan 30 2017

Pros:The car handled very nicely and was nicely equippedCons:The customer service was awful with a very aggressive counter person who then charged me twice what my reservation cost was. I will gladly pay slightly more for a rental car so that I never have to deal with these people again.Reviewed Sep 12 2016
