Arrived at the pickup location to then be told that the car we had booked was not available. Received a car after waiting 90 minutes, and was told it was an upgrade from the car we had booked. The car we received displayed a warning message that service was overdue by 3000km and that the engine oil needed to be changed. Will not book with Alamo again.Reviewed Oct 9 2023
