Cons:There apparently is a French and Swiss side to the airport with car rentals at both places. The French side is smaller with less car but maybe a better deal. I rented a small suv because I was going skiing. They did not have that car but they “upgraded” me two classes to a luxury wagon without AWd. It worked for this trip but was not what I wanted. Also, the road signs and gps are not clear how to get back to the French side. We almost missed our plane. Found it by accident and not following what the signs would indicateReviewed Dec 19 2019

Pros:Staff generally friendly. Super fast drop-off.Cons:Difficulty at pick-up. Required to provide a flight number although leaving in the region. There was no mention of this anywhere on kayak's or wisecars' website through which the car was booked.Reviewed Sep 16 2019

Very nice staff, good carPros:The staff was very friendly and helpfull ( Claire and Maktum in Geneve!). It was not clear to me that my reservation would be ended after two hours after pick-up time. So there was no car reservated anymore. Both Claire and Maktum were very helpfull in finding a similar car. It took a while because of some technical problems with the first choice, but after all it was a very comfortable and reliable car.Cons:The fact that my reservation was not extended till my plane has arrived, but I didn't know that that should heve been indicated or phoned in advance.Reviewed Dec 26 2018
